About The team
The Fulfillment Center Operations Team at TikTokShop ensures seamless, efficient, and high-quality operations across our fulfillment centers. Our core responsibilities include overseeing overall warehouse operations, driving continuous improvement, and managing operational costs and profitability. We prioritize quality and productivity through strategic business improvements and innovative processes. Our dedication to these goals ensures exceptional service and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure Smooth Inbound Processes:
- Oversee all inbound activities to ensure they run smoothly and meet KPI and Productivity Targets.
- Maintain stability, quality, and service while adhering to SOPs.
Problem Solving and Team Support:
- Collaborate with managers and management to resolve issues.
- Assist and support team members with their tasks and responsibilities.
Daily Monitoring:
- Communicate directives from managers and management.
- Discuss work plans, pending tasks, and targets for the day
Activity Monitoring and Reporting:
- Check inbound processes (unloading, VAS, receive & barcode, redzone) to ensure they comply with SOPs.
- Perform anomaly checks in unload, and VAS receive quantities.
- Monitor staff activities and productivity using systems
- Prepare daily reports on productivity, attendance, operational issues, and overtime.
Emergency Response and Compliance:
- Report and respond to emergencies
- Achieve agreed KPIs, maintain daily Productivity Target, ensure zero incidents, and uphold process and data integrity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in inbound management, logistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with fulfillment center operations, inbound processes, and basic data analysis.
- Work location in Osowilangun Warehouse, Surabaya
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems and data analysis.
- Experience in training and development initiatives.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance regulations.
- Ability to lead and conduct walkthrough and performance-related dialogues.
