We are looking for experienced Category Operation Account Specialist to bring their passion for the category, and their e-commerce experience to help brands find scale on TikTok Shop. Global brands are our key strategic partners, and we need a dedicated team to provide the best service to them. The team will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic commerce partnerships between TikTok and the world's top-tier brands.

Responsibilities:
- Discover innovative collaborative models that align with merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, invest platform resources effectively and efficiently, and execute business development strategy by deeply understanding the TikTok Shop proposition and ecosystem, as well as the needs and decision drivers for brands
- Employ a consultative approach - coach and enable your brands to grow their business with the right tools, process, and partnership model
- Be an operator - leverage data and analysis to forecast the business and work cross-functionally to resolve challenges across merchandising, logistics, product, and platform
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years' experience in e-commerce in Brand-driven categories
- Experience forecasting and delivering against sales, GMV, or related commercial targets at category, account, or brand level
- Experience advising and guiding brands to optimize and scale their e-commerce or digital business
- Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous environment with a growth mindset
- Attention to detail, affinity for analytics, and strong problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- A combination of experience on both the platform or retail side, and the brand or merchant side
- Experience with TikTok or other content-driven platforms or content-based commerce on either brand or platform side
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $144400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
