Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities
- 1:1 management: closely manage creators to help them increase GMV performance & encourage them for more content supply.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with creators: playing a critical liaison role where you will constantly communicate with creators regarding content operations, livestream, and brand/sponsorship collaborations, emphasizes aiding creators with their content, providing real-time guidance during live events, and assisting in negotiations for sponsorships.
- Share new campaigns and initiatives: keeping creators up-to-date and actively communicating regarding new campaigns and initiatives which could help increase their GMV. It involves strategic sharing of opportunities that align with the creator's brand and audience.
- Onboarding new creators: Assisting and guiding newly signed creators, who are under the 'cold start' package, through their initial stages on the platform. This includes helping them understand the system, guidelines, and opportunities available to them.
- Daily operations: Keeping track of daily activities including sample delivery for content creation, GNE which could be a specific task or project, handling violations, providing BAU assortment support to creators, and checking promotional activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 5 days a week for at least 3 months.
- Good understanding of TikTokShop, E-commerce, TikTok content & trending. Especially TikTok livestream/ short video.
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
- Have strong networking/experience working with creator/ influencers
- Preferably with related experience in influencer marketing
