The TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team is in charge of managing TikTok Shop Partners - agencies who service merchants on TikTok Shop - and responsible for partners' performance. We are looking for an account manager to onboard, incubate and support TikTok Shop Partners in the UK market.
Responsibilities:
- The TikTok Shop Partner intern is to expand and drive the TSP ecosystem through business development, training and project management.
- This position sits cross-functionally, working closely with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support in matchmaking TSPs with merchants on the platform.
- You will become an expert on social commerce and all things TikTok Shop to support our partners and help them to onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform.
- The position requires data analysis of various metrics, from livestreams and short videos, to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on TikTok Shop.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications :
- Currently, in your penultimate year studying for a Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026.
- Must be available in June 2025 for 12 weeks
- Excitement and knowledge of content production (across a variety of social media channels)
- Very organised with high attention to details
Preferred qualifications:
- Keen understanding of TikTok Shop eco-system
- Experience in sales, client management, content creation
