About the team
The merchant acquisition and incubation team in TikTok Shop's primary objective is to mass attract and onboard sellers and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means.
About the team
We are looking for a strategy analyst supporting multiple business areas including lead mining&management, channel support, performance and ROI analysis. This role is suited for an experienced analyst with consulting or tech experience with strong data skills and business insights.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate high-quality leads through diverse channels, such as in-app sources, external databases, and offline events, and collaborate with XFN teams to integrate these leads into the CRM.
2. Explore methods to enrich lead information, including but not limited to industry data, engagement, and contact details, and collaborate with XFN teams to consolidate the efficient, compliant, and automated lead enrichment solution.
3. Develop lead tiering and classification strategies, working with the algorithm team to iterate on models for GMV prediction and lead growth path suggestion, accelerating merchant/Merchandise onboarding and growth.
4. Collaborate with the Digital Channel Managers to develop lead outreach strategies, maximizing the ROI of merchant acquisition initiatives.
5. Ensure high-quality merchandise supply by taking ownership and driving cross-functional collaboration to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher with over 3 years of experience in lead generation, data analysis, or CRM products within the B2B industry.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Proven project management skills and a track record of delivering high-ROI projects.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement, with the capability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.

- Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
-Strong team player, who takes strong ownership of individual performance, and ultimately focused on delivering high standards and results.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Chinese language is a bonus when working with Chinese vendors
