Project Intern
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Creator Management: Establish and maintain relationships with craters. Understand the needs of creators and execute the action plans to improve their daily performances.
- Collaborate with stakeholder to execute online campaigns.
- Understand the company's existing business, follow industry trends and related businesses, and propose management strategies accordingly.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Application Deadline
Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following internship cycles below: minimum 6 months in Japan.
We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to the internship period. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
-Language and Communication Skill: Business level JP and English. Strong written communication skills in both EN and JP.
-Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
-Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in data analysis, documentation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
-Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret complex data from various sources to derive actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications
-Community management experience or similar experience.
-Previous Internship Experience: Management consulting firm, PE/VC, IT industry internship experience.
