Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting the overall management of creators on TikTok LIVE. Specifically, you will analyze creators' characteristics and streaming behaviors using both qualitative and quantitative methods to accurately identify their needs and challenges. Based on those insights, you will help formulate and execute strategies aimed at expanding their revenue and fan base. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, proposing, implementing, and analyzing workshops and seminars for creators
- Managing and operating creator communities
- Developing strategies based on market and competitor research, from creator acquisition to community growth and engagement
- Setting and managing goals and KPIs, as well as conducting data analysis

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to commute to our Tokyo office (in-office work is assumed)
- Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level of English
- A strong interest in the entertainment field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in an international and diverse environment
Preferred Qualifications
- A proactive approach to learning and taking initiative
- A strong interest in live streaming
- Knowledge or experience in data analysis or statistics
- Knowledge or experience in key visual or web page design
- Business level of Mandarin to speak with external clients
