About the team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
1. Be an integral part of the sales team to support driving sales activities that help the team deepen partnerships and grow revenue with the largest brands in the Japan market
2. Support activities across the sales lifecycle, including but not limited to, research, analytics, presentation preparation
3. Coordinate internal projects and action items to support successful execution of projects
4. Take ownership of one or more project(s)
5. Provide ad-hoc support for coordinating meetings, taking notes, preparing reports etc
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master
- Growth mindset, keen to learn, develop, grow and take on challenging projects
- Familiar with Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent English is required for internal communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
