About the team
TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the management of music-related LIVE creators on TikTok LIVE. Through communication with creators, you will deeply understand their needs and create comprehensive support and growth opportunities for them. This position involves building strong relationships and collaborating as partners to contribute to the growth of TikTok LIVE.
Partnership development with music-related partner companies
- Planning and implementation of workshops and seminars for music-related creators and partner companies
- Strategic planning based on market and competitor research, including the acquisition of music-related creators, growth of communities, and activation of vertical genres
- Management of goals, KPIs, and data analysis
- Formulation and execution of other related initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-Strong interest and understanding of the live streaming industry
-Practical experience in managing music artists and business development in entertainment agencies, music labels, MCNs, etc.
-Ability to generate ideas and execute tasks independently to drive business initiatives
-Constant awareness of new trends and innovative idea generation to produce cutting-edge content
-Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, capable of working in international and diverse environments
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in the live streaming industry
-Experience in building and managing a team from scratch
-Experience using SNS analytics tools
-Experience in data analysis
-Business-level proficiency in English
