The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
Job responsibilities:
1. Based on the aesthetic of the MENA region, as well as the personal traits of the creators, the main content of the livestream, and the emotional atmosphere that needs to be conveyed, guide and complete the overall image design for top creators, including makeup, hairstyles, clothing, and accessories, to set a benchmark for livestream styling.
2. Suggest color tones for the LIVE room and design outfits based on the creator's style characteristics to achieve a professional look that aligns with the consumption habits of regional users on social media, and abstract this into a replicable methodology for promotion.
3. Record image teaching videos aimed at creators according to different creator types, and design offline teaching explanations and experiences. The course content should be easy to understand and practical for learning.
4. Evaluate and improve the daily makeup, clothing, and accessories of target creators to achieve relevant business goals.
5. Provide timely image design evaluation and education for creators based on the latest popular trends in mainstream and social media.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Good personal image and temperament.
2. Systematic training in aesthetics and styling, with a sensitivity to trends in beauty; a passion for exploring new things, and a love for expression and sharing.
3. At least 5 years of practical or teaching experience in styling and makeup for brands, stage performances, fashion events, or influencers; skilled in summarizing and eager to share knowledge.
4. Proficient in professional makeup and styling skills, with a fast and refined application.
5. Fluent English as a working language.
Preferred Qualifications:
6. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to accurately grasp tone and needs, and provide timely creative styling ideas that align with the character and livestream requirements.
7. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
