About the Role
The Gaming Client Solutions Manager Intern plays an important role supporting the Gaming Client Solutions Manager & Business Partnership Manager Team at TikTok. The CSM intern is responsible for supporting the different pods within the gaming team. This member of the team will have a chance to work with different departments in the org including Client Solutions, Advertising Solutions, Creative Solutions, Brand Partnerships, Finance, Product Solutions, Solution Engineering, Marketing Science and Legal to effectively project manage advertising initiatives for key Gaming Clients. The CSM intern will be able to work with some of the biggest mobile gaming advertisers. The roles & responsibilities also include educating new or additional TikTok ad products and adopting new features to seek opportunities in upselling to existing clients.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Client Solutions/ Business Partnership Managers to develop and execute media plans and campaign launches for key clients with KPI deliverables in mind.
- Work with CSMs to ensure campaign changes and optimisations are made on schedule and upon client requests
- Work and collaborate with internal cross functional teams to educate clients on product solutions, policies and best practices, as well as problem solving and timely feedback on account and campaign issues
- Assist with implementing sales plans to achieve goals set out by the business, benchmarking and monitoring product adoption and performance
- Assist with project management and fulfilling customised client requests
- Assist with keeping an accurate record of pending and active campaign plans and maintaining campaign schedules and log of campaign recommendations
- Assist product champions to drive revenue and adoption in key product and business growth areas, build team level expertise, and actively promote cross-regional/functional exchange and collaboration
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree, with a good understanding of digital marketing landscape and a passion for gaming & social media.
- Must be available immediately for at least 3 months. Applicants should have the right to work in the UK for the required period and be fluent in English with other languages as a plus.
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit, strong communication skills, customer oriented, excellent analytical & organisational skills with great attention to details, ability to cope in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with mobile gaming platforms and technologies and experience in performance-based campaign management in in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms or media side is a plus.
- Experience working cross-functionally and communicating effectively across multiple business functions and geographies, dealing with multiple requests and being able to effectively keep on top of timelines and communications.
- Project management experience is preferred but not required.
