The UK Fashion Ops Team is responsible for the continued growth and development of the fashion vertical on TikTok Shop in the UK. The primary focus of the Fashion Creator team is creator management and matchmaking with fashion sellers . As TikTok Shop continues to shake up the traditional e-commerce landscape, this team will also play a big part in shaping the future developments of the shopping platform and the services offered to both brands and customers within.
We are looking for talented individuals to join the TikTok E-Commerce Fashion Ops Creator Matchmaking team, as a Project Intern in 2025. Responsibilities
- Support the Fashion Creator Manager by driving Fashion affiliate growth opportunities and owning daily operational elements including data analysis and creator matchmaking for Fashion sellers.
- Support with operational elements to help sellers grow their affiliate channel; Act as the bridge between creators and Fashion Ops team to communicate key messages and initiatives on a 1-to-few basis;
- Own the product communication strategy to creators and support brands with creator community management and engagement activations.
- Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports to increase creator matchmaking and contribute to growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Available to start immediately for a duration of 6 months.
- Strong communication and written skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid interest in fashion, UK creators and content creation.
- Result-oriented and hands-on, fast learner
- Good analytical and data driven skills.
- Strong coordination, collaborative, and time management skills; able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
