About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

- Responsible for managing the influencer & affiliate products in the American e-commerce market, including but not limited to influencer growth and incubation, merchant alliance operation tools, influencer-product matchmaking, agency cap & tap modules, etc.
- Continuously iterate and improve the platform based on business growth and data performance, providing parnters and influencers with an easy-to-use operational platform.
- Collaborate across departments, ensuring high-quality execution to achieve team and project goals.
- Design differentiated solutions based on the specific circumstances of different countries.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- 3+ years of creator related product management experience.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with a solid product thinking framework.
- Skilled in cross-department communication and collaboration, with strong resilience and a sense of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing large-scale projects are preferred.
- Spanish/Portuguese skills or experience in the American market is preferred.
