TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.
Responsibilities
- Support the Creator Manager with creator development by owning daily operational elements including data analysis and creator matchmaking.
- Support with operational elements to help sellers on affiliate market, collect sample requests, product listing creation, campaigns, etc.
- Support brands with creator community management and engagement activations, review and onboard new managed creators.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new creators and increase content opportunities for all categories as basis for seller creator matchmaking.
- Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports to increase creator matchmaking and contribute to growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently in your final year pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Available to start immediately for a duration of 6 months.
- Proficient in English and German to collaborate with internal and external clients.
- Highly interested in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
- Understand the short video and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok.
Preferred Qualifications
- Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
- Have excellent communication skills and good coordination abilities.
