The creator acquisition and incubation team in TikTok's primary objective is to mass attract and onboard creators and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify the needs and pain points in creators' operation & experiences, and deliver clear business improvement recommendations. Collaborate with the Product, Experience, and Market teams to reduce creator violations and enhance their experience.
- Improve internal and cross-team communication mechanisms. Identify key business issues and risks, break down critical steps, regularly analyze and review work projects, and align goals with key stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of work experience.
- Sensitive to data with strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in project management, and a resilient team player.
- Adaptable and quick learner with strong structured thinking and a result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the e-commerce industry, cross-border field, or relevant international experience is preferred.
- A deep understanding of the Tiktok Creator ecosystem, with knowledge of creator sales or influencer marketing, is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce governance, experience, and affiliate products is preferred.
-Self-motivated with a proven track record in stakeholder management, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous working environment.
