The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

Responsibilities:
- Campaign Resource Allocation: Oversee resource planning for campaign execution, including budget allocation, content production, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Campaign Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a primary point of contact for campaign resources, troubleshooting issues, and reallocating resources as needed to ensure smooth campaign operations.
- Promotional Tool Requests: Identify promotional needs for campaigns and submit requests for necessary tools that align with campaign goals.
- Promotional product Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates, aligning them with broader campaign objectives.
- Campaign & Product Alignment: Work closely with campaign managers, category teams, and product managers to ensure alignment of resources, goals, and strategies across campaigns and product initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree in Marketing or a related area is advantageous.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in campaign management, resource allocation, or product marketing, with a track record of executing successful marketing initiatives.
- Resource management: Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaign resources, including budgeting, asset allocation, and prioritization to maximize impact and ROI.
- Product marketing: Solid understanding of product marketing principles, with experience in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive product awareness and adoption.
- Data analysis skills: With the ability to interpret performance metrics, adjust resource distribution, and enhance campaign effectiveness based on insights.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional projects and managing timelines for multiple campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and resource-efficient campaigns.
- Skilled in collaborating with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking accounts and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication with global product teams and resource management.
