Team Introduction:
As Monetization Product Operations (MPO) our goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions, by designing and scaling processes to resolve technical issues within our product. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, Israel, London and multiple locations in the US, and we're expanding to more hubs.
TikTok seeks experienced Advertising/Marketing technology consultants to support TikTok's top advertisers. This role involves close collaboration with in-market Sales and regional product marketing teams, while working directly with advertisers to guide the implementaiton of our Performance and Ad Measurement solutions. Ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners are key skills. Candidates will be working with various technologies and are expected to have hands-on experience implementing technology solutions for fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities:
- Lead customer product integration and technical enablement efforts (e.g., Pixel, Catalog, SDK), ensuring seamless product launches that meet business objectives and reduce the client's overall Time to Value.
- Foster product adoption by identifying opportunities from both technical and market perspectives, gathering customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the product team, and actively supporting product improvement.
- Partner with Sales to understand client's targets and KPIs and lead deep-dives into their existing performance results
- Deliver best-practice recommendations to clients across Signals and Account Performance, supporting Sales in driving their implementation with Advertisers
- Oversee both project execution and business outcomes, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends and developments, establishing yourself as a thought leader across clients and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer or data science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of digital and/or mobile advertising background with an understanding of advertiser measurement technology.
- Proven customer-facing experience in a technical consulting capacity, being able to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales and Product teams to drive product adoption across key client accounts.
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing campaign advertising performance using technical solutions and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Front-end development background and/or mobile development experience
- Experience working with or implementing mobile SDKs (iOS and Android), server-side technologies, APIs
- Prior experience working with Mobile & Web analytical tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer etc)
