About the Department
Video Arch is one of the world's leading video platforms that provides media storage, delivery, transcoding, and streaming services. We are building the next generation video processing platform and the largest live streaming network, which provides excellent experiences for billions of users around the world. Popular video products of TikTok and its affiliates are all empowered by our cutting-edge cloud technologies. Working in this team, you will have the opportunity to tackle challenges of large-scale networks all over the world, while leveraging your expertise in coding, algorithms, complexity analysis, and large-scale system design.

About the team
Our Technical Operations team within Video Arch plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining the next generation video processing platform and live streaming network that brings joy to billions of users globally.
We're seeking talented professionals who thrive on solving complex challenges in large-scale networks. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with developers to optimize video cloud solutions, manage supplier relationships, and enhance service quality across our platform. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies while contributing to the development of comprehensive quality service systems and knowledge bases.

Responsibilities
1. Design and implement scalable video cloud solutions while driving technical innovation and system optimization.
2. Support developers with cloud service integration, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain comprehensive integration documentation.
3. Manage vendor technical requirements, optimize specifications, and improve third-party integrations to reduce service-related issues.
4. Establish and maintain Quality Service (QS) evaluation frameworks while streamlining problem resolution and monitoring service quality.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including developer guides and knowledge repositories, to ensure consistent team practices and solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and software design patterns
- Excellent data analysis skills and experience with data collation tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS)

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Technical Operations Engineer in B2B cloud/networking services (strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of professional accomplishments
- Self-motivated and passionate about continuous learning in technical domains
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, proficient in logical thinking and problem-solving
