The LATAM Product Strategy & Operations team at TikTok is a dynamic and diverse group focused on driving the success of TikTok's product offerings in Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for Web Ads and vertical catalog-based solutions in LATAM markets
- Define the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ever-evolving Catalog and Web Ads products. Partner with a range of cross-functional teams across the region to ensure flawless execution of this strategy.
- Experience in the digital advertising industry is a plus.
- Monitor, research, and analyze product data by market and industry, dig up problems and opportunities
- Deeply understands the features of the Web Ads environment: set goals, manage launches, and implement activations to drive adoption and revenue growth. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance.

- Represent the product in the market by demonstrating ownership of the overall sales team's understanding and acting as the conduit between the market and HQ, addressing local challenges and market feedback.
- Working with regional sales teams and client solutions teams to identify market opportunities and client requirements

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3 years of experience with Product Marketing or Product Management (i.e. developing GTM plans, education, and activation strategies)
- Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit, a strong sense of accountability, and self-learning.
- Data Visualization, reporting, and storytelling experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English due to supporting clients in the LATAM region
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with digital marketing / ad-tech products
- SQL experience
- Language intermediate Spanish due to supporting clients in the LATAM region
