About The Team:
Building and optimizing live streaming ecosystem by designing policies and incentives tailored to merchants at every stage of their journey. With a keen understanding of market trends and merchant challenges, collaborating across functions to create frameworks that enhance merchant engagement, retention, and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive and optimize the platform's live streaming ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish live streaming policies, merchant incentives, and educational frameworks, addressing the full lifecycle of merchant needs-from onboarding to retention, growth, and scaling
2. Design and optimize live streaming incentive policies for merchants of different tiers in the Indonesian market. Identify key challenges for top, mid-tier, and long-tail merchants, and create incentive policies based on business needs and market trends to enhance merchant live streaming supply, conversion rates, and long-term platform engagement
3. Lead cross-departmental collaboration, mobilize resources from various teams, and ensure efficient execution of all stages from policy design to implementation
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce/live streaming policy design. Proficiency in English is required; overseas living experience is a plus
2. Experience at large live-streaming e-commerce platforms is preferred. Extensive experience in e-commerce policy development/strategy design is a plus
3. Strong leadership and project management skills with excellent logical thinking and structured problem-solving ability. Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals efficiently
4. Highly self-motivated with strong resilience under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working in e-Commerce.
2. Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools with strong data analysis skills.
