About The Team:
Our team is dedicated to driving the success and visibility of retail brands. We are a collaborative and innovative team that thrives on delivering impactful strategies to our partners. As a resource management, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and performance of Retail Brands on Shop | Tokopedia and Tokopedia.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Platform Campaign:
- Take the initiative to lead a campaign by creating a plan, executing, and monitoring real-time performance metrics during the campaign period.
- Monitor Live Streaming performance, and deliver the registration rate of all mechanisms.
2. Budget & Subsidy Management:
- Monitor campaign budget & subsidy allocation during campaign period.
- Make sure of the efficient allocation of the Live Stream budget during the campaigns.
3. Flash Sale Management:
- Register, curate & ensure Flash sale products are compliant with company policies.
- Regularly update the product pool to align with campaign themes and objectives.
- Monitor flash sale registration rates and provide performance reports.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of Platform Campaign & Flash Sale management.
- Assist with troubleshooting any campaign / flash sale related issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have previous working experience in e-commerce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic data analysis
- Understanding of digital marketing or merchandising
