About The Team:
Empowering merchants to succeed in live streaming by identifying operational bottlenecks and providing actionable and data-driven solutions. By designing growth frameworks and creating replicable success stories, the team drives sustainable growth in live streaming ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
1. Identify issues and bottlenecks in merchant live streaming operations by data analysis and market research. By benchmarking successful cases in Chinese and local markets, provide practical live streaming optimization advice to merchants, helping them improve live streaming performance and platform engagement
2. Collaborate across departments to uncover key strategies for improving live streaming quality, and clearly communicate these strategies to merchants in an actionable way, ensuring they can understand and apply them to enhance their live streaming operations
3. Lead the planning and execution of key live sessions, focusing on content creation, live streaming techniques, and brand building etc. Create replicable successful live streaming cases, and promote their dissemination and adoption to accelerate the growth of live streaming business
4. Design a systematic framework for live streamers' growth at different stages, providing personalized growth advice for merchants at various stages based on their operational and developmental needs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce live streaming operations. Proficiency in English is required; overseas living experience is a plus
2. Rich experience in e-commerce live streaming operations is preferred, especially with successful cases in live streaming content creation, merchant support, or host management (merchant/creator operations of e-commerce platforms, top merchant/brand live streaming, or MCN/TSP live streaming operations)
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex projects and ensure efficient execution
4. Highly self-motivated with strong resilience under pressure
5. Strong logical thinking, structured problem-solving ability, data-driven mindset, and the ability to effectively drive cross-departmental and cross-business line collaborations with clear goal orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working in e-Commerce
2. Familiarity with incentive policies, merchant task setting, and operations, with strong organizational skills
3. Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools, with solid data analysis skills
