About The Team:
We are a team dedicated to driving growth through affiliate partnerships and performance-based marketing. Our mission is to empower creators, brands, and affiliates with innovative strategies that maximize reach and revenue. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing affiliate campaigns, collaborating with communities and creators, as well as internal stakeholders to ensure effective outreach and continuous growth of Affiliate Link program.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end campaign mechanisms, outreach, and creator targeting to ensure successful campaign performance.
- Oversee and manage community groups, build strong connections with brand communities, and develop strategies for top-performing creators, to foster creators' growth, activation, and retention.
- Lead both in-app and external outreach efforts to attract and onboard new creators, design acquisition strategies to recruit high-potential creators.
- Organize PR events, training sessions, and educational workshops to enhance creator knowledge and performance within the platform.
- Analyze acquisition and campaign performance, optimize strategies to improve creators' performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, or community management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with creators, brands, and internal stakeholders, with fluency in Bahasa and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data-driven and goal oriented mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
- Passion for influencer marketing, creator economy, and community engagement.
