Responsibilities:
1. Exposure Resource Negotiation: Lead negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to secure optimal exposure resources for campaigns, ensuring premium placement and alignment with business goals.
2. Campaign Exposure Configuration: Oversee the setup and configuration of exposure resources for each campaign, including ad placements, banners, push notifications, and other promotional tools.
3. Landing Page Development: Manage landing page assets, content updates, and ensure alignment with overall campaign messaging and branding.
4. Data Tracking and Performance Analysis: Generate and present post-campaign reports, analyzing exposure effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management, exposure planning, or a related field within e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in negotiation and managing exposure assets in a high-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of brand development and marketing strategies.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience in performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and experience with exposure management platforms.
- Familiarity with CMS tools, UX/UI concepts, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
