The integrated marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.
Consumer Marketing leads end to end consumer-facing marketing campaigns, to serve a variety of business objectives that translates into marketing initiatives. The role is for an all-around generalist with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, business challenges, brand values & competitors. He/she will be the center of collaboration across functions to create the most compelling campaign in the market
Responsibilities
- Formulate marketing strategy to support the company's objectives, such as : Mega Sales campaign awareness, new feature introduction, brand building and the likes with sound knowledge & skills in
- Campaign budgeting together with multiple stakeholders, including planning, tracking & reporting
- Measure targets for each marketing initiative, ranging from increasing certain brand awareness metrics to various media channel's performance result
- Consistent exploration in-app & out-app new media formats for better awareness-consideration-conversion objectives
- Initiating users research / market trends to reveal new consumers insights
- Leading cross functional coordination between multiple stakeholders with clear structure & cadence
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 + years of experience in brand management / marketing research / advertising agency with proven experience in identifying deep understanding of brand building, media channels and integrated marketing campaign operation
- Language: Proficiency in English
- Research & Analysis: Understanding Brand Health Tracking metrics, able to dissect important information to identify needs & gaps from consumers vs competitors Able to analyse insights from: consumers, users' behaviour within platform & competitors' marketing activities & turn it into foundation of solid marketing strategies
- Marketing Strategy Framework: Able to translate the company's business objective into actionable marketing initiatives, contribute in creating a 360 Marketing proposal including: Out-app & In-app media strategy, Social Media plan, Creators strategy, PR, In-app journey
- Narrative Building: Accountable for creative materials output. Able to work with various creative teams and give clear briefs & directions & produce high quality marketing materials for online & offline marketing activities purposes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management: Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads to meet competing deadlines while being a proactive and a fast learner, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Passion for Consumer: Up-to-date with the cultural trends and best practices in Indonesia on mobile and content business
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, campaign materials setup in timely manners, and error-free execution.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
