What You'll Do:
- Drive go-to-market strategies - including targeting, segmentation, positioning, value props, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets - across the seller journey to convert, grow, and retain our sellers.
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure product suite is on-message and maximized across each channel.
- Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention.
- Track marketing program performance and improve through continuous testing.
- Be the Voice of the Customer, by managing input and feedback from various types of users (end-users, merchants, creators, employees)
- Partner with Product Management, Design, Data Science and Engineering to identify impactful product opportunities and prioritize efforts
- Build research to help influence Product Roadmap: ROI analysis, dependency analysis and other techniques to prioritize the product requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing in eCommerce, social commerce.
- Experience working with product management, analytics and design to scale products.
- Experience in growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in-product, content marketing and other owned channels.
- Ample experience working with and influencing cross-functional partners (marketing, design, copywriting).
- Familiarity with marketing automation, A/B testing and analytical tools.
- MBA required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry knowledge of eCommerce.
- Previous marketing asset design experience.
- B2B marketing experience.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $192533 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
