The LIVE Ecosystem Governance team plays a crucial role in ensuring platform integrity by designing product strategies, moderation mechanisms, and governance solutions to support sustainable growth. As a Product Manager, you will help develop governance tools, optimize ecosystem strategies, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance live-streaming experiences.

At TikTok LIVE, you'll work on real-world governance challenges at a global scale, collaborate with top industry experts, and contribute to shaping the future of live-streaming. This role provides hands-on product management experience and opportunities for career growth in the content governance and online community safety space.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and improve the Eco-governance system and platform tools to ensure stability and efficiency.
2. Develop a user inform mechanism and education strategy to create a community atmosphere, and to enhance the content quality.
3. Design identification and governance strategies, optimize ecology issues in main and sub-scenarios of livestream to support the development of the LIVE business.
4. Collaborate with teams such as algorithms, strategies, and operations to optimize the ecology governance moderation process, to improve moderation efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content moderation, ecological governance, audit backend, and similar governance product roles
- Product design and business understanding capabilities
- able to identify and address issues through data or processes and drive solutions.
- logical thinking ability
- effective communication on critical issues during cross-team collaboration and driving implementation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Passionate about content products;
- project management experience
- able to grasp various demands and integrate resources to achieve cross-departmental cooperation.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149000 - $246000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
