We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us as a LIVE Operations Manager. The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for livestreaming local operations: setting guidelines for creative agencies, influencers, and users, negotiating contracts and cooperating with content partners.
2. Establish and maintain partnerships with local content providers, building a "Live+" ecosystem through establishing good collaborative relationships with local brands or companies.
3. Explore new campaign strategies and models, plan and launch LIVE streaming campaigns by following up on popular topics, events, social hot issues.
4. Responsible for user growth of TikTok LIVE, improve on user retention, consumption rate and ARPU value through management of user's life cycle.
- Optimize processes and platform solutions to improve the efficiency of product operations
- Proactively identify and define new risk areas and discovery channels while establishing a corresponding metrics framework to regularly track and measure both the impact of new and unknown risks, as well as surface anomalies for attention
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree holder.
2. Strong communication and written skills in Indonesian & English, able to work in an international and diverse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Capable in multi-tasking, taking initiatives and collaborating effectively in a team setting.
2. Exposure in Tech & Media industry.
3. Good understanding of trending topics & social content products.
4. Experience in data analysis work.
5. Strong business acumen in emerging industries.
6. Hunger for ideas, can-do attitude.
