You will have a first hand opportunity to shape monetization efforts in the North America Key Accounts business. This role requires the ability to use analytical rigor to identify and prioritize organizational growth levers, solve pain points, and partner closely with cross-functional leaders. This person should have strategic thinking capabilities, be detail-oriented, proactive, able to wear multiple hats, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

In this role, you will:
- Act as a key partner to our sales leadership team focusing on various advertiser segments through providing insights, driving actions & influencing business outcomes.
- Identify revenue opportunities and translate them into concrete go-to-market levers by conducting rigorous quantitative & qualitative analysis, as well as developing deep business & market understanding; drive cross-functional programs based on the levers identified, track progress and measure impact.
- Manage business planning & policy making: target setting, forecasting, business reviews & analysis, sales & client incentive policy setting & execution.
- Identify deficiencies in policies, processes & systems and partner with internal teams to develop and implement solutions; drive the adoption of new solutions, as well as provide ongoing iterations.
- Foster cross functional collaboration through cultivating and maintaining strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Sales, Product, HR, Legal, Finance etc).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in a quantitative field from a leading university.
- Strong problem solving skills; ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and synthesize findings into narratives for leadership to influence decisions.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Results and detail oriented, with strong commercial / business acumen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of working in a fast-paced environment & similar function (e.g. strategy & operations teams in other tech companies; management consulting; investment banking); experience in digital advertising is a plus but not a must.
- Advanced analytical skills; ability to gather data and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis and modeling, translate data into insights. Strong SQL programming, knowledge of statistical modeling, expertise in BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker are preferred.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $98000 - $185000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
