The Monetization Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The LATAM MSO team is looking for a Data & Analytics Associate to support Brazil and Spanish LATAM monetization.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and clean data from disparate sources using SQL, R or Python, and BI tools to investigate key business trends, issues and opportunities

- Develop scalable analytical and reporting solutions such as tables, datasets, models and dashboards
- Conduct in-depth analyses that help the business better understand key value drivers and growth opportunities
- Effectively communicate actionable insights and drive projects across all levels to inform monetization efforts
- Work closely with cross-functional partners, including monetization teams, international strategy and data teams, and business stakeholders to drive analytical initiatives to completion
- Develop and maintain integrity processes and help manage data pipeline to ensure reliable, accurate, and efficient data for reporting and analyses
- Ad-hoc reporting requests.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of analytics experience in consulting, data science, or strategy related fields.
- Proficient in statistical software (like R or Python), BI tools (like Tableau or PowerBI), and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills
- Self-starter; Highly analytical, high attention to detail; capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision
- Business-level capabilities in both English and Spanish.
