About the team
We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our Monetization Strategy and Operations (MSO) team. You will have a pivotal opportunity to shape monetization efforts across Asia, the Middle East and Africa. In this role, you will partner with sales and cross-functional leaders to evaluate performance and strategize for the future.
The MSO organization delivers business-critical insights through data-driven analytics, ensures the alignment of goals and execution across various functions, and supports teams in advancing strategic partnerships and new ventures. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to business planning, commercial incentives, revenue operation, and sales enablement
- Drive market insights to opportunities, conduct deep dive analysis based on data
- Develop commercial incentives for clients and partners
- Drives end-to-end process of billing operation and seller incentive calculation
- Operationalize onboarding contracting and troubleshooting processes
- AP management (incl. incentive payment management)
- Manage and keep the existing business process and policy docs up to date with continuous enhancements and new developments
- Help develop and enforce documentation design, review, and storage up to date guidelines.
- Provide expertise on sales workflow, drive adoption of CRM
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional working experience in business planning, FP&A, strategy, sales operation or related analytical roles. Prior experience in high-growth consulting, investment banking, tech startups and advertising is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or another related area of study
- Logical thinking ability, able to quickly identify problems and propose solutions
- Rich experience in cross-team project cooperation and communication, able to work with multinational teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus
- Self-driven, curious, passionate about being involved in the business, growing fast, and able to adapt to a high work pace
- Business-level English to communicate with cross-regional global team is required.
