Global Business Solutions (GBS) is where we provide solutions to businesses through our advertisement products such as TikTok for Business. By connecting businesses to our platform's audiences who are looking for the next interest, we provide full-funnel solutions.
Within GBS, there is Global Business Marketing(GBM) team, where we strive to create the brand - TikTok for Business - that leads our clients to achieve their marketing goals and drive revenue growth. This role will play an active part in this team.
Global Business Marketing team promotes and supports the multifaceted marketing use of TikTok/TikTok for Business, contributing to client business growth. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about not only ad business, but how the market makes decisions on marketing and where/how growth happens. The candidate will identify challenges and find creative, yet fundamentally sound ways to resolve them.
As part of the Marketing Solutions team,
you'll act as a storyteller conveying TikTok/TikTok for Business's marketing value. You'll develop value propositions for the platform and advertising solutions. Through various user research and data analysis, you'll create industry deep-dived narratives on message delivery, creative utilization, product mix, and measurement methodologies. By providing strategic support to the sales team, you'll help accelerate monetization.
In this position, you'll play a key role as a member with high expertise in performance marketing to join our team and make significant contributions.

- Marketing Solutionsチームでは、TikTok/TikTok for Businessのマーケティング価値を伝えるストーリーテラーとして、プラットフォーム/広告ソリューションのValue Propositionを策定します。様々なユーザー調査、データ分析を通じて、クライアントの業種に深く根ざしたメッセージ伝達、クリエイティブ活用、プロダクトミックス、計測手法などをまとめ、ナラティブとして提供します。そしてセールスチームへ戦略的なサポートを実施することでマネタイズを加速させています。

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing/business/advertising agency for technology platforms
- Effective communication skills - Able to present and tell a persuasive/lucrative story, and also able to acquire support from external stakeholders, including people from overseas
Proactive problem solver with high level of intellectual curiosity
- Excellent verbal and written English and Japanese communication skill.
- Data Analysis experience with any of the following: SQL, Python, R, or Scala

- データ分析の経験、「SQL」「Python」「R」「Scala」のいずれかの使用経験がある
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical marketing experience in industries such as recruitment, finance, and EC/D2C
- Experience in planning, KPI design, execution, performance measurement, and reporting of performance marketing across various media platforms
- Experience in planning, executing and speaking at external events and seminars
- Experience in marketing related partnership work
- Understanding/experience with creative strategies/insights
- Experience speaking comfortably in front of large audiences related to business and creative
- Deep understanding of Japanese advertising businesses, and advertising agencies
- Marketing experience with a global brand, or experience creating strategy based on quantitative/ qualitative analysis
