The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Analysis and Strategy
- Deeply analyze partner content to identify opportunities for adaptation to TikTok LIVE, ensuring alignment with platform trends and audience behavior.
- Develop strategies to optimize content for gifting behavior and audience engagement, maximizing both reach and revenue.
- Propose innovative content formats and experiences tailored for TikTok LIVE's interactive environment.
2. Content Transformation and Production
- Collaborate with creators and production teams to adapt existing IP into engaging, high-quality LIVE content.
- Design and oversee the creation of new content streams that leverage the partner's strengths while fitting TikTok LIVE's interactive format.
- Introduce scalable workflows to consistently deliver content that captivates and converts TikTok LIVE audiences.
3. Revenue Optimization
- Work closely with partners to design content that enhances gifting experiences and fosters deeper viewer-creator connections.
- Identify high-potential content formats that maximize monetization opportunities while remaining true to the partner's brand.
- Continuously monitor and refine content performance based on analytics and viewer feedback.
4. Product Collaboration and Integration
- Act as a liaison between the content and product teams to ensure seamless integration of content with TikTok LIVE features and tools.
- Provide input on product development to create tailored solutions that enhance interactivity, engagement, and monetization.
- Test and iterate on new features to ensure they align with the partner's goals and enrich the user experience.
5. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the partner's multiple business units, acting as a trusted advisor on content transformation.
- Partner with internal TikTok teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
- Present regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- English and Arabic is required for this position to effectively collaborate with Arabic and English-speaking partners.
- 5+ years proven experience in digital marketing or digital content production.
- Working and living experiences in Arab and English-speaking countries.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for campaign performance measurement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on TikTok LIVE campaigns or similar platforms.
- Understanding of social media trends and emerging platforms.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with content creators.
- Project Management skills to plan and deliver content events across multi-stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market and cultural nuances.
