The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a long-term, strategic partnership with a key agency, leveraging a deep consultative account management approach. The role requires a thorough understanding of the agency's unique business model and intellectual property (IP) to foster mutual growth and success.
- Navigate and manage relationships across the agency's multiple business units, ensuring alignment on goals and opportunities. Develop comprehensive plans tailored to each business unit's needs, fostering collaboration and engagement.
- Lead the onboarding process for the agency, ensuring a seamless integration of their talents and resources into the live-streaming section to deliver high-quality, scalable content and sustainable growth.
- Act as the primary stakeholder manager, building trust and maintaining open communication with key decision-makers within the agency. Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders to coordinate strategies and provide a unified approach to agency support and development.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. English and Arabic is required for this position to effectively collaborate with Arabic and English-speaking agencies.
2. Bachelor's degree or above.
3. Minimum 5+ years of working experience related to livestreaming, video-sharing, social media, digital marketing, entertainment, influencers, internet platforms.
4. Experienced in creating, managing and growing vendors, business partners or agencies.
5. Excellent business acumen in emerging technology. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making capabilities.
6. Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
7. Result-oriented, good capacity for pressure.
8. Exceptional persuasion skills and logical thinking.
9. Working and living experiences in Arab and English-speaking countries preferred.
