Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic commercial director and manager with a builder mentality, low ego, and a creative problem-solving mindset. This person will lead a high-performing, consultative sales team focused on selling TikTok's advertising solutions to enterprise clients across Central Europe.
TikTok's Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a long-term business strategy for the Key Account segment.

- Build and manage a multi-level sales team capable of acting as strategic consultants to clients while accurately forecasting and managing revenue to ambitious quotas
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define go-to-market priorities, product adoption goals, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and feedback to identify growth opportunities and mitigate competitive threats.
- Communicate key strategic information across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Foster an inclusive team culture that values diversity and drives engagement.
- Serve as a product expert, advising clients on TikTok's advertising solutions, creative programs, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in senior sales or commercial director roles in top industry, digital or media.
- Proven success leading and mentoring sales teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong track record of driving operational excellence through performance measures, processes, and systems.
- Experience building relationships with C-level marketing decision-makers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Good understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. Experience of working in or with a similar environment.
- Experience in analysing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations.
- Passion for TikTok and an understanding of the media and advertising technology landscape.
