Responsibilities
The Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) group is part of the TikTok's Monetization organization and holds a strong focus on advertiser needs and is dedicated to excellence in developing products and execution. We work with advertisers from all verticals to develop the next generation of monetization solutions and to make TikTok an essential growth channel for businesses of all sizes. We are on the critical path to delivering TikTok's Ads revenue, defining the long-term monetization strategy, and delivering insights that drive the product roadmap.
This position leads the North America PSO team and partners closely with product and sales leadership to bring new monetization solutions, best practices, and growth programs to market. As a senior executive in the monetization organization, you will set regional priorities and goals, mentor the leadership team, and empower sales to drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for collecting and prioritizing client feedback to ensure the voice of the customer is represented in our product roadmap and improving TikTok's solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the North America PSO team comprised of Global Product Marketing Managers across our advertising products and verticals
- Deliver strategic insights to clients that drive higher advertiser value and greater investment in the platform. Cascade these initiatives globally to drive strategies globally. Be a trusted advisor to brands, be solution orientated.
- Build a strong cross functional relationship with Global Business Solutions (sales) and understand gaps and opportunities to accelerate creative excellence and revenue.
- Lead with empathy across Product, Marketing Science, Global Business Marketing, and other internal teams to serve the needs of our clients.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in digital advertising or relevant experience with a concentration on performance/direct response marketing
- Good understanding of global advertising and business landscape
- A track record of successful revenue growth and the ability to lead a global team and drive business outcomes
- Experience influencing cross-functional leadership and collaborating closely across organizations
- Ability to set priorities, problem solving, and multi-task
- Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring order to ambiguity
- A commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data in storytelling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Comfortability with public speaking and large scale speaking engagements
- Bachelor's degree or above
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $198000 - $392000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
