Pangle is the Ad Network of TikTok for Business, connecting worldwide advertisers with 1B+ DAUs through thousands of locally popular publishers. Pangle has established an industry-leading Ad Network in 20+ emerging markets, with proven success in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America.
The Pangle Product Strategy & Operations (PSO) team is part of the Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) organization and has a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We work with advertisers from all verticals, regional business teams, and TikTok product pillar counterparts, and Pangle headquarters product and tech teams, aiming to deliver highly efficient advertising solutions to drive TikTok for Business performance ads revenue growth.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Pangle's business growth in Greater APAC and METAP markets, identify business opportunities, e.g., product solutions, emerging verticals and clients, etc., co-plan growth strategies with HQ PSO teams and local business teams, and execute the growth strategy.
2. Facilitate regional business-operation teams in realizing business opportunities through scalable internal and external activities, e.g., client meetings, seminars, training sessions, etc.,.
3. Strategize Pangle regional Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts regarding over-arching positioning, unique selling points, market competitiveness and differentiators, customers benefits, etc., Establish and evolve Pangle over-arching marketing toolkit by cooperating with XFN business, product, and traffic teams.
4. Develop, manage, and execute Pangle GTM programs in collaboration with HQ vertical solution and local business teams to launch new products and solutions into regional markets.
5. Localize and execute Pangle Sales Enablements strategy, execute and evolve with global stakeholders. Work closely with the regional teams to roll out sales enablement programs to ensure the sales team are up to date with Pangle's busienss directions, product iterations and GTM efforts.
6. Partner with the worldwide Global Business Marketing (GBM) team to advocate Pangle in regional markets by proactively participating in internal and external marketing events.
7. Closely monitor regional business performance, proactively drive in-bound researches and generate insights for HQ product team, promote internal discussions, and diagnose business challenges and growth roadblocks for solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in the internet industry, preferably with experience in mobile digital advertising, e-commerce, and marketing;
2. Excel in English at both oral and written capabilities, able to communicate fluently and professionally with English speakers.
3. Solid project management skills with proven success driving complex and multi-stakeholders programs independently or with limited guidance.
4. Proficiency in end-to-end developing and managing GTM programs at a global scale, summarizing key selling points, curate a storyline, prepare for narrative and deliver presentation.
5. Strong sense of ownership in identifying business opportunities and drive realization.
6. Capable of working independently with affluent self-motivations.
7. Data-sensitive, with clear logical thinking; strong learning attitude and ability to work under pressure; Team player, think strategically and act tactically.
Preferred Qualifications
1. MBA is strongly preferred.
2. Product marketing experience in global internet companies is preferred.
