The TikTok App Ads and Gaming team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for app and gaming clients on TikTok. Our vision is to make TikTok the leading platform for app and gaming marketers to acquire, retain and monetize users by building products that support unique vertical needs, new monetization models and different stages of the app lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Define go-to-market strategy for TikTok's App solution (Focus area: Android and Subscription). Our team is instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research with the focus on exploring new solutions and gathering early insights to inform product planning.
- Become the product expert by assessing product market fit for products through alpha and beta testing phases, and establishing a closed loop mechanism to gather timely feedback and ultimately ensure product launch exceeds customer expectations.
- Set the vision for product launch and GTM strategy, and partner closely with both regional counterparts and cross functional partners to drive in-market activations, sales enablement and product adoption.
- Influence product requirements through early stages of planning and development with a clear articulation of customer feedback and market insights, becoming a trusted partner to product and thought leader in the problem/solution space.
- Participate in establishing a high caliber/best in class product marketing team at TikTok by leveraging opportunities to share best practices, evolve our processes and frameworks that benefit the entire team and PSO organization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or above
- 3+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products
- 3+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry in a measurement capacity
- Strong knowledge of the Android platform or Subscription App business model and experience working on qualitative and quantitative measurement of marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. Ability to build strong compelling narratives and ability to simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences
- Ad delivery or delivery automation solution experience with a technology company, media agency, consulting firm preferred

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121000 - $238000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
