About the Team
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

Team leaders at TikTok don't just lead, they empower our people at the forefront of keeping the platform safe and successful to do their best work, day in, day out. We're looking for dedicated and supportive people managers who can drive metrics, teamwork and excellence in a fast-paced and diverse environment to join us.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and inspire Advertiser Experience and correlate functions;
- Learn and understand internal & external customers' requirements, key focuses, pain points and opportunities;
- Influence stakeholders and customers in engaging cross-functional partners to evaluate and transform our integrity support services;
- Seek improvement opportunities by deep diving customer requirements and feedback, work with operation team & quality team to drive for short-term and long-term resolution;
- Provide insights and improve service management mechanism and process for ads moderation team;
- Lead service team to provide in-time and accurate service support and achieve KPI targets;
- Closely collaborate with strategy, process & improvement, policy, and other key stakeholders to keep enhancing digital advertisement;
- Drive efforts for outstanding team performance by motivating and mentoring direct and indirect reports;
- Work with Monetization Integrity Global Lead to drive for ad integrity pre-sales support and post-sales troubleshooting within the advertiser experience teams. Design human-centered services that scale.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Considerable people management experience, leading teams in a fast paced environment;
- Professional experience in a quality focussed management role, ideally in a tech or media-related industry;
- Deep understanding of service management and service delivery;
- Experience multiple stakeholders, internally and externally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer oriented, with good listening skills;
- Strong ability to comprehend and balance business management and operational perspectives;
- Excellent ability to analyze and interpret business information and translate data into solutions.
