About the Team:
TikTok's Emerging Publishers and Content Growth team sits at the intersection of Partnerships, Product and Content to incubate content verticals and grow publishers at scale in order to impact the ecosystem in meaningful ways. The team builds a combination of growth strategies and tactics while identifying workstreams to enhance the Emerging Publisher experience on TikTok by collaborating closely with product and cross-functional teams.
About the Role
The Emerging Publisher Growth Manager will be responsible for enabling high quality content supply by growing a cohort of emerging publishers in specific verticals.
This role is open to LA and NY
Responsibilities
- Identify and manage emerging publishers in high potential content verticals to drive content selection on the platform
- Design, build and implement growth strategies at scale to empower emerging publishers by diving into data and creating dedicated content strategies and playbooks for growth
- Deliver vertical value proposition and drive product and feature adoption to ensure the best publisher experience on the platform
- Ensure Publishers engagement around key initiatives by organising webinars via scaled communication, case-studies and dedicated programs
- Aggregate blockers and translate feedback from publishers into actionable workstreams by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders notably product teams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Highly collaborative attitude and spirit to deliver projects and programs
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to work cross functionally with other stakeholder teams
- Exemplary interpersonal, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proven understanding of the key requirements to build and scale content strategies
- Leverage data and key metrics to action educational levers and drive supply growth
- The ability to meet deadlines and drive strong execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solver by ideating and testing different approaches & initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in building programs, accelerators and strategies to drive Publisher Content at scale
- The ideal candidate has significant experience across Account management, Partner facing roles, Content strategies or Program management
- Preferred previous experience in Film and TV or News
- Proven collaboration with Product teams
- Content platform experience considered a plus

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $11000 - $145000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
