Team Introduction
The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze content on the platform to identify promising creators with potential for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to incubate identified creators, including training, resources, and promotional support.
- Track and analyze creator performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve content and engagement by workshops, webinars, and 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
- Foster a supportive community among creators, encouraging collaboration and interaction among them.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in conversion improvement and user retention management, metrics and tactics.
- Project management experience.
- Proficient in both English and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in talent management, community management, account management or related roles in the content creation, entertainment industry or O2O industry.
- End-to-end performance marketing campaign management experience.
- Understanding of the livestreaming landscape, tools, and best practices.
