The Creative Department is a small unit within TikTok's French office, dedicated to the creativity of the platform. As such, it helps creative agencies and brands to make the most of it, educating the industry and coming up with campaign ideas that resonate with the audience.

The Creative will support ideation, creation of content, collaboration with creative partners and creative agencies, and ensuring that all creative work is aligned with TikTok's brands and vision, as well as brand's DNA.
He will help the creative department in its daily mission of being the point of contact for creativity on TikTok, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and growth.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Head of the department and its creative lead. As a strong support for creativity on TikTok, the Creative will also collaborate with creative partners and agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ideate and support the creation of content: The Creative will ideate and support the creation of content that is innovative, engaging, and compelling to TikTok's audience. This includes working with creative teams to develop content concepts, providing feedback on content creation, and ensuring that all content is on-brand and of high quality.
2. Support relationships with creative agencies and clients: the Creative will support relationships with creative clients and agencies, ensuring that all work is aligned with TikTok's creative communities and grammar.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Creative will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and engagement on the platform. This includes working with product, marketing, and analytics teams to develop ideas that drive engagement and growth.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations: The Creative will stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and integrate them into TikTok's creative strategy. This includes attending industry events, creative jurys, conducting research, and collaborating with peers to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :
- Experience in creative agencies / platform as art director and/or copywriter
- Master in Communication / Advertising / Art Direction
- Proven ability to develop creative ideas that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong understanding of brands, advertising and digital landscape
- Fluent French and English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of TikTok's grammar and subcultures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for creativity and innovation, with a willingness to take risks and try new things.
