Team Intro:
The Shop Tab team powers the central shopping destination on TikTok, making e-commerce more seamless, personalized, and engaging for millions of users across the platform.
Our team is responsible for building and optimizing this core feature, where users can:
- Discover trending products and category-based recommendations tailored to their interests
- Browse curated collections, flash sales, and top-performing deals
By collaborating closely with product, engineering, design, operations, and regional teams, we ensure that the Shop Tab serves both buyers and sellers - driving traffic, visibility, and conversion for merchants while offering users a delightful, efficient shopping journey.

Responsibilities
Platform Strategy: Assist the team in analyzing the overall market trends of the UK and EU markets, including but not limited to areas such as assortment supply analysis, traffic analysis, user analysis.
Data & Analytics: Responsible for using dashboards to generate insights. Proficiency in Excel and SQL to process data and general clear, intuitive and decision-making would be strongly preferred.
Project PMO: Assist in being the central PMO to liaise and coordinate across several key business units within TikTok Shop.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degrees or above
Available to start immediately for 6-12 months duration
Strong data & analytics skills - proficiency in Excel and SQL would be strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Prior e-Commerce experience would be strongly preferred, but not required
