About the team
We are looking for an experienced Biz Dev Manager to join our US TikTok Shopping customer User Growth team.
Responsibilities
-- Drive TikTok Shop US consumer growth and implement relevant best-selling product strategies for first-time consumers and repeat customers.
- Own and manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting for the User Growth Seller landscape
- Work in parallel with XFN teams, to organize and coordinate projects, produce analysis, reviews and insights with the Account Managers and Business Analysts
- Provide action plans and timelines for performance improvement as needed
- Manage existing Seller relationships and accelerate Seller success through incentive-based, time-bound programs to provide visibility, reach and sell-through
- Accumulate and share knowledge to drive best practices with internal and external teams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years working in the US e-commerce landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in a highly results-oriented environment with external customer interaction are required.
- Good at cross-team collaboration and moving things forward, and able to drive successful projects with a wide range of people.
- Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts.
- Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining opportunities.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, and can cope well under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $192533 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
