We are looking for a Business Marketing Executive to join our Nordic team - a strategic, smart, creative, and a data-driven marketer. Someone who is high-performing and thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys creating and scaling within integrated marketing channels. You should be comfortable with a broad range of responsibilities, developing and executing campaigns end-to-end including identifying target segments, developing content, establishing tracking mechanisms, and reporting and iterating on results.

The ideal candidate should have good experience of success in supporting and leading in marketing projects, with hands-on experience organising events and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget. You will report into the Nordic Business Marketing Lead, alongside one other business marketing colleague.
Core Responsibilities
- Together with the marketing team, deliver the roadmap of multi-channel marketing activities across all Nordic markets, including events, campaigns, marketing communications, industry partnerships, and client engagement.
- Work closely with local sales team to analyse client pain points and offer insightful contributions and suggestions to overall B2B marketing strategy.
- Project manage and execute strategic marketing initiatives, working closely with internal and external partners (e.g., event agencies, PR/Comms, Product, Marketing Solutions), to deliver ROI-positive activations.
- Measure the performance of marketing campaigns and events, gain insight and adjust strategy and tactics accordingly.
- Bring creativity and innovation to marketing activities, consistently looking to improve the customer experience, enhance deliverables, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Demonstrate good project management and organisational skills, and demonstrate a self-starter mindset
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Executive/Associate level role in a relevant organisation with clear marketing experience and skills
- Outstanding project management skills
- Strong bi-lingual communication skills in English and Swedish
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong examples of B2B marketing experience
- Self-starter, a fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
