The TikTok Brand Partnership team is responsible for building long term partnerships with the top brands and agencies across Europe, to educate and inform clients about commercial opportunities within TikTok. A Vertical is responsible for leading and coaching a team of sales and client solutions team members to develop business in the Nordics, influence and implement the Nordic sales strategy.
Responsibilities

Leadership
- Drive growth for the advertising business and in a matrix and drive organisation in the region
- Work with the leadership committee to design and implement sales strategy
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposals
- Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management
- Responsible for the assigned BOB
- Become an ambassador for your vertical(s), managing and creating joint forums with XFN's and internal stakeholders

Revenue Partnerships
- Establish and manage client relationships with large brands
- Drive deals to closure
- Retain and grow revenue from advertisers
- Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales

Campaign Planning and Management
- Facilitate clients' ad campaigns from start to finish
- Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
- Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customised to clients' business and problems

Product Management
- Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients
- Serve as an external TikTok product consultant
- Analyse data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and TikTok's marketing solutions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in advertising, digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience gained from the CPG industry
- Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for social media, digital experience gained from both in-house marketing teams and ad platforms such as Google or Meta
- People and team leadership experience, strong leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to build, lead and develop a high calibre sales team
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
- Fluent in Swedish and English language skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
- Excellent communication skills
