Team Intro
The Enterprise Ad Sales team partners with some of the most influential organizations in the Beauty and Healthcare industries. Fueled by an awesome, high-performance team culture, they are dedicated to driving advertising excellence on our platform. Through strategic partnerships and innovative ad solutions, they create impactful brand experiences that connect users with the brands they love.
This team is made up of ambitious, self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Responsibilities
- Deliver on revenue targets and steer the team to increased growth potential
- Build strong client loyalty by identifying their needs and prioritize sales narratives that address the needs of the clients
- Deep understanding of products to drive enhancements to unlock revenue
- Bring a consultative approach that will align around a Customer First methodology
- Provide thought-leadership and mentorship to your team on overall account planning
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of key vertical market trends and customer opportunities
- Develop, mentor and manage a team of individual contributors
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing
- Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies in the CPG/FMCG Industry
- CPG/ FMCG Industry knowledge and knowledge of the digital landscape
- Several years of experience managing individual contributors of varying experience
- Able to work in Berlin, Hamburg or Munich offices
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network (client and/or agency) in the Beauty & Healthcare industry
- Experience in managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives
- Proven track-record in driving incrementality in a very fast-paced environment
- Experience of working in a highly matrixed environment working with senior stakeholders
- Well-versed with branding and performance marketing campaigns showing a thorough understanding of measurement capabilities
- Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
- Self-starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player
