About the team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.
Responsibilities
The Agency Partner will play a critical role in scaling TikTok business across advertising agencies, especially performance marketing agencies, in Korea, defining vertical sales strategy and being accountable for the business goals. Our ideal candidate will have experience in providing consultations with advertising agencies on digital products and solutions, and the ability to work cross-functionally to identify and capitalize on opportunities. We are looking for an individual who can actively pivot and address barriers to solve problems in a fast-paced environment, embrace changes and enhance the team to frame change as an opportunity to grow together.
- Responsible for driving TikTok business with account agencies by developing short-term and/or long-term business plans, educating agencies for advanced product adoptions and collaborating with stakeholders
- Identify, prioritize and secure revenue opportunities through consultative and strategic client engagement
- Create compelling sales propositions utilising consumer trends, market knowledge and data-driven insights
- Develop, educate and implement best practices to drive advertising performance and grow business at scale
- Work closely with client solutions and core cross functional teams to constantly analyse performance, drive test and learn strategies and brainstorm and develop scalable advertising solutions to deliver measurable results
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or performance advertising industry
- Experience in planning and implementing performance marketing solutions, especially Google, including YouTube, and Meta
- Experience in driving business development with proactive action, communication and collaboration
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze data and provide insight to improve business performance
- English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience working in performance marketing, preferably in start-ups with hands-on experience, or performance advertising agency with client facing experiences
