We're looking for a passionate Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Agency team. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with high value SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure with the goal of driving revenue, agency education and satisfaction. This position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and a passion for client service/partnerships to drive long-term growth. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, a passion for growing revenue, and desire to help shape and scale solutions to support and grow SMB agencies.

Responsibilities:
1. Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization.
2. Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.
3. Assume ownership - Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.
4. Embrace change as an opportunity - have a growth mindset: learning when you don't understand, accept challenges, solutions-oriented feedback; viewing uncertainty as an opportunity to thrive.
5. Collaboration creates value - Seek to support new team members as they learn about our products and processes. Share your knowledge and empower your peers. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience
- Experience in the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnerships-type role
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business with ability to identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities
- Ability to influence buy-in and build relationships with key stakeholers while prioritizing and managing a client portfolio, tasks, and projects within a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of a self-serve platform, auction, or programmatic ad products.
- Passionate about TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist with a team player and collaborator mentality
