Responsibilities
The Agency Partner (Creative) - a core component of TikTok's Agency & Ecosystem team - is responsible for accompanying creative ecosystem partners on a transformational journey toward short-form video excellence. The Agency Partner (Creative) will build and deliver long-term partnerships with the top creative and production agencies, enabling them to profitably serve the ever-changing advertising landscape.
This includes equipping them with the latest knowledge about our creative solutions, uncovering win-win growth opportunities, nurturing commercial success and positioning TikTok as a premier business partner.
The desired end result is for creative ecosystem partners to strategize, ideate and eventually produce with TikTok in mind.

Responsibilities:
- Act as agency point-of-contact - specifically on commercial and business matters
- Foster executive business relationships within agencies - CEOs, MDs, etc.
- Accountable for creative partners' "output" - e.g. Creative acceleration; Number of strategies/plans integrating TikTok; Volume and quality of TikTok assets; Ad revenue driven by creative partners
- Deliver engagement programs within agencies and collaborate with TikTok cross-functional partners on the delivery of specialized programs
- Co-develop financial and non-financial incentives with TikTok Agency Commercial team
- Liaise with Media Agency Partners on integrated Creative/Media/Measurement initiatives
- Liaise with Sales and TikTok Creative Excellence teams on advertiser-specific opportunities and challenges
- Feedback challenges and opportunities to Creative Programs Manager, acting as the "voice of the market"
- Oversee and rollout contractual agreements
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in the creative agency ecosystem, specifically on the business and account management side
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with agency and client C-suite
- Ability to manage revenue growth and book of business attainment
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
- Experience in business model transformation
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
